Custody

Possess your intelligence on your own premises. The files, the models and the machines sit where the firm can put a hand on them, behind a key the firm holds.

Distribution

A network of people who associate around the same ideas and can support one another, without being tied too closely together. No center that everyone depends on.

Services

People pay one another for help. A client trusts a lawyer's judgment and pays for it. Intelligence serves that exchange. It will never replace it.

None of what follows is for sale. It is what we are working on, and we want to hear which parts matter to your firm.

We push toward local control.

Some functions need more than the firm's own machines can give. For those there are confidential machines, which W3S operates but cannot see into, and for some functions W3S servers, which W3S can see. The firm knows which one before anything leaves.

W3S can also provide white-label versions, so that others can put their own name and branding on these systems.

Web3 Services, LLC

Web3 Services, LLC provides technology consulting services about web3 systems. We build custom applications, with a particular interest in intelligence, private key cryptography, and web3 systems.

Web3, for a law firm, means holding your own keys: your own models, your own machines, your own records, with nothing between you and your client that you did not choose.
